Every price is on this page. Pick the pieces you need, leave the rest.

Uptime AI Automation builds AI voice receptionists, workflow automations and websites for small businesses and local government offices around Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend. I am one person, Jimmie Hill, and I do the work myself. There is no sales team, no discovery phase you pay for, and no quote that changes after you sign.

  • Flat prices, published here
  • Written scope before work starts
  • Month to month, 14 days' notice
  • Your accounts stay in your name
The three families

What I build, and what each one does for you

Three separate products with three separate price lists. Most clients start with one and add a second later. You are never required to buy the set.

Voice receptionist

From $197 setup, then $149 a month

What it does for you: when nobody can pick up, an AI receptionist answers your business line, says in her first sentence that she is an AI, answers the questions callers ask most, and takes a message or an appointment request with a day and a time window. She reads the details back to the caller, and your office confirms. So a call at 7 PM becomes a written message with the caller's name, number and what they wanted, instead of a voicemail nobody plays.

Most common

Starter

$149 a month

For a one or two person shop that misses calls when everyone is on a job.

  • 150 minutes of calls included
  • Roughly 60 short calls a month
  • Script, line and hours set up with you
Busiest value

Pro

$229 a month

For a business that misses a lot of calls, or takes calls that run long.

  • 350 minutes of calls included
  • Same build, more headroom
  • A month never bills above the next plan up

800 minutes

$429 a month

For a full front desk load: several hundred short calls a month.

  • 800 minutes of calls included
  • Overage $0.25 a minute
  • No plan above this, so overage simply bills per minute

Extra minutes are $0.25 each, and a month's bill never goes above the price of the next plan up, so a busy month cannot produce a surprise invoice. Plus applicable sales tax.

Workflow automation

From $450 per workflow

What it does for you: a workflow moves information between the tools your business already pays for, so a person stops copying it. A form comes in, someone retypes it into a spreadsheet, then into an email, then into a folder. I build that chain once, test it against sample records, and hand you a one-page write-up of what it does and what a person still has to check.

Start here

One workflow

$450 one time

Pick the manual job that annoys you most and I build that one.

  • Built against sample data you approve
  • Documented and handed over
  • A plain-English page explaining it
Best value

Three workflows

$1,200 one time

The usual shape: one for intake, one for notifications, one for reporting.

  • Built one at a time
  • You can stop after any of them
  • Same testing standard on each

Care plan

$99 a month

Keeps a live workflow running and tells you when something breaks.

  • Failure alerts where the platform supports them
  • Small changes included
  • A fix when a connected service changes its rules

Your own software subscriptions (n8n, Make, Zapier, email, phone) stay in your name and are billed to you, so you keep control of them. Plus applicable sales tax.

Websites

From $495 build, then $49 a month

What it does for you: a site that loads fast and works on a phone is the difference between a business that looks real and one that looks abandoned. Hand-built pages, written from a short interview with you, with a call and an email button on every page. No page builder, no trackers, no analytics, and no monthly platform fee on top of the care plan.

Small start

One page

$495 one time

A business that needs to be found, believed and contacted. Nothing else.

  • Written, built and tested
  • Call and email on the page
  • $49 a month care
Most popular

Five pages

$850 one time

Home, services, about, contact, and one more page of your choice.

  • Copy written from a short interview
  • Checked at phone and desktop widths
  • Security headers, HTTPS, a real 404 page

Extra page

$90 each

Added to either build, or later when you need one more.

  • Same standard as the rest of the site
  • Added to the care plan at no extra monthly cost
  • Quoted in writing first

Half the build at the start, half at handoff. The domain stays in your name and you get the files. Plus applicable sales tax.

Bundles

Bundles are just the parts added up

I am not going to invent a discount tier to make a bundle look like a bargain. Every bundle below is the published price of its parts, added together, with the arithmetic written out so you can check it on a napkin. That means you can also drop any one part and pay exactly that much less. If a bundle does not save you money, it is not a bundle; it is a shopping list.

The usual starting point

Launch

$1,300 build · $148 a month

A five-page site and one workflow, so the site brings the enquiry in and the workflow files it.

  • $850 five pages + $450 one workflow
  • Monthly: $49 + $99
$850 site + $450 workflow = $1,300
$49/mo + $99/mo = $148/mo

Front desk

$647 build · $248 a month

A receptionist on the line and one workflow to move what she takes down into the tools you already use.

  • $197 receptionist setup + $450 one workflow
  • Monthly: $149 Starter + $99 care
$197 setup + $450 workflow = $647
$149/mo + $99/mo = $248/mo
Setup waived for the first three clients: $450

One page and a receptionist

$692 build · $198 a month

The smallest version that still answers the phone and puts you on the web.

  • $495 one page + $197 receptionist setup
  • Monthly: $49 + $149
$495 site + $197 setup = $692
$49/mo + $149/mo = $198/mo

The whole shop

$2,247 build · $377 a month

Everything on this page: the five-page site, three workflows, and the Pro receptionist plan.

  • $850 site + $1,200 three workflows + $197 setup
  • Monthly: $49 + $99 + $229
$850 + $1,200 + $197 = $2,247
$49/mo + $99/mo + $229/mo = $377/mo

A bundle is not a separate product and does not change any price above. Each part is scoped, tested and written up on its own, so you can add the second part in month three instead of day one and the arithmetic does not change.

What it costs elsewhere

Compared with what an agency quotes

Based on published market rates, agencies typically quote $1,500 to $5,000 to set up a voice receptionist and then $300 to $800 a month. Freelancers selling a similar build on Upwork Project Catalog list $150 to $750. Here is the same job on this page.

Published market ranges compared with the prices on this page. Ranges, not quotes from any named company.
The jobTypical published rangeHere
Voice receptionist setup$1,500 – $5,000$197 — waived for the first three clients
Voice receptionist, monthly$300 – $800 a month$149 – $429 a month
A similar build sold freelance$150 – $750$495 to $850, or $450 for one workflow

Why the gap is that wide, said plainly: I am one person working from Sandia, I have no office to pay for and no sales team to feed, and I have no client references to charge a premium for yet. The lower price is not a temporary promotion and it is not a smaller job. It is what the work costs when it comes from one builder instead of an agency. If a quote you have from somewhere else is lower than this page, take it, and I will not talk you out of it.

Included in everything

Every plan, at every price

These are not add-ons. They are how the work is done, whether you spend $90 or $2,247.

  • A fixed written scope before work startsWhat is being built, what it will not do, and what you pay. You approve it before I begin, and the number does not move afterwards unless you ask for a change.
  • Tested before it touches anything realSample records and test calls first, with the results written down. Live data and your real phone line are the last step, not the first.
  • A one-page write-up in plain EnglishWhat was built, what it does, what a person still has to check, and who to email when something looks wrong. No manual you will never open.
  • Month to month, 14 days' noticeEvery monthly plan can be stopped by email with 14 days' notice. No annual contract, no cancellation fee, no exit interview.
  • Your software stays in your nameYour domain, your n8n or Zapier account, your email and your phone billing stay yours. If you leave, nothing of yours is trapped with me.
  • The AI tells callers it is an AIIn her first sentence, every call. That is a setting, not a nicety, and it does not change by plan.

The products, explained in 60 seconds

Short videos about how these products work, made by me, the person who builds them. They are explanations, not client work.

These are short videos explaining what the products do, written and made by the same person who builds them. They are not client work and they are not case studies: I have no clients to show you yet, which is exactly why the prices are printed here and why the scope is written down before work starts.

Questions

The seven a real buyer asks

What happens if I need to cancel?

Every monthly plan is month to month. Email me and give 14 days' notice, and the plan stops at the end of that period. There is no cancellation fee and no annual contract. A build you already paid for is work already done, so the build fee is not refunded, but you keep the files, the documentation and your domain.

Who owns the phone number and the accounts?

Your domain and your software subscriptions stay in your name, and your website files are handed over to you. The receptionist line is set up as part of the install: tell me at the start that you want the number held in your business's name and I will set it up that way, or tell you before you pay if the phone provider will not allow it. I will not hold your number hostage to keep the account.

What if it breaks?

Email me and I fix it. The care plans exist for exactly this: 49 dollars a month keeps the website hosted, backed up and patched, and 99 dollars a month keeps an automation watched for failures. I will not pretend I am a staffed support desk, because I am one person: if I am on another job you may wait longer than you would with a big firm. When I do fix it, I tell you what broke and what I changed.

Do you work with a business my size?

Yes. Most of what I build is for one-person shops and small offices: a contractor, a clinic, a dentist, a single department in a city or county office. The prices are flat partly so a small buyer can budget without a negotiation, and if the honest answer is that a project is not worth the money to you, I will say so.

How fast can it be live?

It depends on the scope, and I will not quote you a number of days before I have seen the job. What I do promise is a start date and a finish date in the written scope before you pay anything, and a straight answer at that point if I cannot hit a date you need.

What do you need from me to start?

For a website: the business name, what you do, your hours, your service area, and someone who can approve the wording. For a receptionist: the questions callers ask most, your hours, and where a message should go. For a workflow: the four or five manual steps, who does them, and how often. One short email covers all three.

What do you not do?

No online card payments, customer logins or custom apps on the website plans. The receptionist does not put an appointment on your calendar: she takes the request, reads it back, and your office confirms it. No text messages yet. No promise of a search ranking. No automation that sends money, signs a document or files with an agency on its own. And no promise that a phone line can never be busy or down, because that promise cannot be kept.

Contact

Pick a price, then send one email

Tell me the business name, what you do, and which line on this page you are looking at. I reply within one business day, US Central, with a written scope or a straight answer that this is not worth the money to you.
