Five pages, built and tested before it goes live
- Home, services, about, contact, and one more page of your choice. Usually a service-area page, a FAQ, or a page for a second service.
- Written from a short interview. I write the words from what you tell me about the business, then you correct them. You do not have to write copy.
- Built for a phone first. Most of your visitors are on a phone. Every page is checked at phone and desktop widths before handoff.
- A call and email action on every page. One tap to call, one to email. No contact form that quietly drops messages.
- Fast and quiet: plain HTML and one stylesheet, no JavaScript, no cookies, no analytics, no third-party fonts. Nothing to slow a page down and nothing to consent to.
- Security headers set at the host, HTTPS on, and a proper 404 page. The boring things that make a site look maintained.
- Handoff: the domain stays in your name, and you get the files. You are not locked in to me.

Hosting, HTTPS, security headers, backups, and up to 30 minutes of small changes a month, on either build. Cancel any time with 14 days' notice.
More pages
Extra pages are $90 each. E-commerce, logins, and custom web apps are a separate quote; I would rather say no than build something I cannot maintain.
Prices are plus applicable sales tax. Anything outside the page counts above is quoted in writing before work starts.

Local businesses
A contractor, clinic, shop, or service company that needs a credible site and does not want to rent one from a page builder for the rest of their life.
City and county offices
A single department page or a small program site: hours, what you need to bring, how to pay, who to call. I can build it to your existing brand and hand over clean, documented files your IT staff can host themselves.
Straight talk for public-sector buyers: I am a new, one-person vendor. I have no city contracts yet and no references to give you. What I do have is a working site you can look at, a fixed price, and a written scope you can hold me to.
Limits, said plainly
- No content management system. You send changes by email and I make them; most are done within the same week.
- No online card payments, customer logins, or scheduling software built in.
- No search-engine ranking promises. Clean pages and correct structure help; nobody honest guarantees a position.
- No logo design or photography included. I will use what you have and tell you where it is weak.
